Time is a killer. 2018 has passed like rocket and we didn't even notice it! At the end of the year, we're all being pressured by making or having new resolutions for the new upcoming year. As an over-thinking person, I'd say "be bold, ambitious and love yourself."

MOVE FORWARD:

Let the things in the past go. The past will always be there no matter what and what's over is done -- It's time to make a better ground foundation to move forward, from here, you'll be walking into 2019 with confidence!

SET A NEW GOAL(S):

Start small. List down the 'tiny' dreams you have had in your mind, take action & do it.

For example, remember to make it small: instead of writing down "be healthy", write down "exercizing more", by doing this, unconscious/consciously, you're living a healthy life already!

another example is, "save the environment" - start small by "bring your own tumblr to the coffee shop".

When you do these small changes, don't forget to give a pat on your shoulder, because, "Woop! You're making a change in your life and you're proud of it!".

SELF REFLECTION

Spend a min or two on your daily basis to think about yourself, have you given yourself enough self-love every day? We're busy bees and sometimes we forget the priority, which is, YOUR SELF.

The easy example for self love is, let's say, "Sleeping early", you are done for the day and it's time for your body & brain to switch off.
