SHIPPING POLICY:
Hey lovely!
Just a reminder that we are shipping all orders from Bali, you will receive your order anywhere from 2 - 5 days for domestic shipping (depends on where you are in Indonesia) and 5 - 10 business days for International shipping, from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.
You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

RETURNS POLICY
We’re so sorry things didn’t work out for you, but here’s the good news: we accept return notifications within 10 (ten) days of purchase. For most items in a new and good condition.
However, we can not accept any returns for reason "the product is too big/too small for me"... please make sure to check on our description box of the measurements. It has stated on our website percisely.
We ONLY accept return, if the product is defect. Make sure:
- The item hasn’t been worn or washed
- All original tags must be attached
We received an exchange in a different size, based on stock availability & ALL RETURN/EXCHANGE shipping cost back to us is entirely at the customer's cost. NO EXCHANGE FOR DIFFERENT COLORWAYS.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: marked as SALE & Accessories.
We repeat, SALE ITEMS & ACCESSORIES CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
